Dr. Cryan was personable, his staff was pleasant and supportive. He looked me in the eye when he spoke with me, got complete medical history and made some recommendations that I approved of. His office contacted me for follow up after my procedure, which I liked. I didn't get the answers I was looking for, but he was thorough enough.

Doctor Cryan was very nice and professional along with his staff. Waited a very short time and instead of first getting vitals i was brought into the Doctors main office for a sit down with him. Highly recommend this doctor

Visiting Dr. Cryan's office was the worst decision ever. He bedside manner is horrible. He is very dismissive. Because of his lack of interest in his patient's well being I ended up in the Emergency Room 5 days later. I was admitted & had to stay for 3 days. The hospital contacted him & he never came or acknowledged the call. It is NJ's practice that your Doctor has to visit & essentially release you from the hospital. Since he never came, I had to check myself out, which was against the hospital's practice. I made a follow-up appointment in his office the following Monday & told his front desk to please contact the hospital to get all of my paperwork. I called the morning of my appt to ensure that they would have my paperwork so that the doctor would be well informed. Well during my appt not only did he not receive it, he did not care to know what happened, provided no further advice. When I asked why he never visited/contacted the hospital...his response is "he never received the call." He showed no compassion at all when I told him of my hospital review.
