Overall I am satisfied with the service here. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Doctors know what they doing, however is far from perfect.
The hygiene is could be better, as the medical staff barely uses gloves or any sort of antiseptics, when they conduct a treatment.
Besides, the waiting time at the center is a bit long when you schedule an appointment. So, you would usually wait about 15 to 30 min before being called. Which could be annoying, but not life threatening.
The last but not the least what I personally have mentioned, is the equipment and tools.
For the price you are charged, I would expect a little bit more than an ordinary EKG and a broken stethoscope.

Dr Draesel was one of the best, informative Dr's I have seen in many years. Be ready to spend about an hour for your appt because he spends a long time understanding your problem and talking thru the methods in which he can help. I stopped going to him becasue they didn't except my insurance so it was hard paying my insurance as well as paying cash for his visits. I made sure to get the insurance he takes this year!

During a routine physical, the doctor checked my groin area with his bare hands without washing them before NOR after. I was in shock.

My visit to Dr. Drasel's office was an exceptional experience. The fast efficient staff made my doctors visit quite pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Drasel is an amazing doctor. He was personable and very knowledgeable in many areas. He made me feel very comfortable, and he took his time to get to know me as a patient. If every Doctor treated their patients like Dr. Drasel we would have less stress and complaints about going to the doctor for treatment.
