Dr. Gross was amazing. He was very pleasant, professional and informative. He took time talking with me about my visit and about me as a person. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my knees and even provided me with a prescription for therapy that I could use on vacation. I highly recommend Dr. Gross!

He was dismissive and did not do a thorough exam. Followed up on X-rays after a full week and after I called twice.

I was very impressed by the professionalism at Doc Gross office!
The doctor took the time to explain what's happening at my knee, having a pain for 3 weeks.
He assured me that with physical therapy will fix the pain.

Dr. Gross and staff were very attentive, prepared, and ready for my visit.
The office was spotless and modern, and there was literally no wait to see the doctor.
Most importantly, Dr. Gross was honest and very knowledgeable on the subject of my visit. He took the time to explain what it was he was looking for, and walked me through each stage of his diagnosis and his recommended treatment. He also taught me a little bit about sports medicine and anatomy along the way.

I was on time, he was on time, everybody was happy.

The wait time here is minimal! Dr. Gross listened carefully to everything that I had to say before deciding how to treat me, medicinally. The receptionists are very straightforward! The physical therapist that I was assigned to is Leah. She's awesome, but leaving so I'll be seeing Mark -- hopefully he's equally as awesome! Wish me luck!

Dr. Gross has an easy going, friendly demeanor that makes you feel comfortable right away with him. He debunked a lot of the erroneous information I had and I'm very glad I saw him.

I came in with a pulled muscle in my hip from running. Dr. Gross was very professional and knowledgeable on the potential causes of my hip/muscle pain. He was thorough with his exam and answered all my questions.

An incredible experience. One of the best informed doctors I’ve encountered in a very long time. I came away feeling at long last I’ve found a doctor who understands my problems and knows what to do about them. My previous attempts at PT have not worked out. I have high hopes that at last I’ve found someone who can deliver.

He was intelligent, efficient, and very easy to communicate with. Also, important to me is the fact that he has a very positive attitude.

Extremely attentive and purposeful in everything he did/said. Narrowed down the possible prognoses very quickly and was very willing to explain/answer questions along the way.

I had a 9AM appt and was seen immediately. Not sure if this would be true for later appts. Dr. Gross spent very little time with me. He answered some of my questions, but in a very concise - bordering on terse - manner. I don't feel like he asked me enough about my situation (given I've had low back probs for years). And he certainly didn't provide a solution. He told me he wouldn't recommend any medication or any surgery, and that even though my exercise program is painful, I'm going to have to work through the pain, even if I think it's making my pain worse. I don't know, I have a follow up appt with him, but I may cancel in favor of seeing someone else. Someone with a better bedside manner.

Dr. Gross was so inviting. He took the time to get to know me, and my history. He was very helpful with what I came in for, and was able to point me in the right direction for the next step. I would for sure go back!
