“After booking my appt on ZocDoc, I recieve a call to reschedule. I arrived for my visit, was asked to answer questions regarding my symptoms and sign some forms. The receptionist gave me a post it with my name on it and told me to take an elevator to the basement and give it to the person there. As I was sitting, two other patients arrived and they called one of them to be seen. I was waiting for over an hour and asked when I would be seen and they asked for my post it. Apparently, that person lost it. I finally got called in for an ultrasound. When it was over, I was brought to another room to wait for the doctor. I waited, again, for over an hour. Then, two women came in with an iPad, reading off questions, similar to the ones I answered earlier. One of them left and the other struggled reading and understanding how to even ask the questions. I finally got to see the doctor almost 3 hours after arriving. Everyone was pleasant and kind, just a horrible waiting experience.”

The Place was clean, the service was excellent.
The incompetence of this office is amazing. I got a pelvic ultrasound dobe three weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for the results to get faxed to my OB-GYB office. No report was ever sent to either me or my doctor. It seems they dont care about your health. I wouldn't recommend this place ti anyone.
