He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Washington University and graduated with Honors from George Washington University School of Medicine. He is a Board-certified, Florida licensed OB/GYN.
Dr. Kotzen is a member of professional organizations including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (Fellow), Gynecologic Laser Society, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, American Fertility Society, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, American Fertility Society, South Atlantic Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Florida Obstetrics and Gynecology Society.
Dr. Kotzen has served as the Chief of Gynecology, Chief of Obstetrics and Division Director OB/GYN at the venerable Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach and as Director of Gynecology at JFK Medical Center. He is a member of the active staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Dr. Kotzen, in addition to his private medical practice, is the founder and medical director of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Palm Beach.
