I was able to get an appt right away regarding a potentially serious health issue. Dr reviewed the situation and gave me an alternative to waiting and indefinite amount of time in the ER.
The wait time was short before I was called. It was my first visit to see this doctor. I will see him again on my next visit.
I’ve been a few times but I am going to find a new Dr. This one just goes through the motions, doesn’t respond to the pharmacy when they have questions, hasn’t contacted me about my blood tests from a month ago. I like having a Dr. that at a minimum acts like they care.
Dr. Lindahl is a great doctor. He listens well and is very kind. I've seen him for multiple reasons, and he's been great every time. It can be hard to find a good PCP, and he is it.

I’m new to Chicago and needed to see a doctor so I booked via ZocDoc. Worst doctor I've ever seen. I’ve worked in healthcare, and come from a family of doctors (my mother and my little sister are both doctors) - and this is the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. I was concerned that he was under the influence of something as he seemed physically and mentally unwell. He could not keep track of the conversation, repeated questions that had already been discussed, and seemed overall unsteady.
The office was very clean. There staff was very friendly, I has a nurse named Kate that was personable and professional. All my questions were listened to and answered. The whole process was stress free and timely. They made see a doctor convenient. Thank you.
