Jeffrey Nelson, D.O. is board certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine. He received exceptional training in medical school at Western University of Health Sciences and in residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando. During residency he received recognition and was awarded for excellence in patient care.
Dr. Nelson is qualified to care for patients of all ages - newborn through geriatric - and is trained in dermatology procedures, certain joint injections, trigger point injections, and osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT). He also performs newborn exams, well-child exams, school and sports physicals, well-woman exams, pre-employment physicals, and Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals. As a member of multiple renowned medical societies, Dr. Nelson regularly attends conferences and reads the latest research and clinical guidelines in order to provide the most up to date and modern care to all of his patients.
As an osteopathic family physician, Dr. Nelson believes in care of the person as an integrated unit and firmly embraces preventive medicine.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly... Dr. Nelson was friendly also and he clearly explained everything he was doing, as well as what treatments we needed!
Their Nurse gave one of the most gentle and quick blood works I've ever received!!
