The office staff was prepared for my visit and very personable. This being my first visit there was some paperwork to complete. Dr. Reed saw me in less than 5 minutes after I completed my paperwork. He is a very likeable person, explains what he sees and what he's treating. Overall, very good visit.

I appreciated Dr. Reed's honesty. He didn't try to force me into anything. He gave me the information, honestly, and allowed me to decide what was best for me. He could have tried to influence my decision to benefit himself, but he didn't do that.

I did a lot of research for local dermatologists before booking my appointment and it seems to have paid off in Dr. Reed and his staff.
The office staff was friendly and helpful. It's a fairly bustling office, but my midday appointment had me in and out within 30 minutes. Agree with other reviewers that the waiting area is a bit small, but the nurses and doctors seem to keep the flow moving pretty well. Dr. Reed was quick but thorough and took time to discuss things with me and listen.

The obvious relief of his visit; saying I had no problems, was wonderful. However, he also offered a procedure to "be sure". Thank Heavens he did. Out of 3 biopsies; 1 came back pre-cancerous. I'm scheduled for a removal procedure. I am glad I met Dr. Reed and his staff. Very clean. Very comforting. Very professional with an extremely comfortable bedside manner by all.

Full body skin exam was less than 5 minutes. I think he's a good doctor, but sometimes concerned whether he is thorough enough by how quickly he examines.

I liked him a lot. Straight to the point, I was out in 25 minutes. I had seen 4 other doctors about my skin problem with no diagnosis. Dr. Reed was able to pinpoint the problem immediately.
