He addressed me by my name which didn't happen at my last physician. Even if he reviewed the file before he came in, he didn't say who are you and why are you here today. He reviewed past history and recent test results and sat and explained the results in layman terms making it easier to comprehend. His recommendations were sincere. He was reassuring and made you feel as ease

Unless you come for pregnancy going to your gyns never a fun experience. However, that said they are very professional, friendly & make you feel at ease. The wait is minimal with exception of course. I never leave with all my questions unanswered. They make a unpleasant visit pleasant.
