Very light trouble finding the office- it's in the top left corner of the lot at the end of the row. Apparently there are several ENTs in the area and I initially pulled into the wrong parking lot. I arrived ten or so minutes before my 3PM appointment, and did not have to wait long to be called back, or to be seen by the doctor; perhaps 20 minutes total. I also had my hearing tested, which did not take long, and there was one fellow waiting ahead of me for the same test. I was waiting maybe 20 minutes at most. The doctor saw me again immediately afterward, and I was out the door at precisely 4:00.
The nurses have wonderful attitudes, unlike most I have experienced elsewhere. Everyone in the office is friendly, Dr. Roth very much so, and I heard lots of laughter while I was waiting. My visit was very time efficient and informative; apparently my hearing is "outstanding" and my ears are healthy and clear, so whatever is causing my hearing issues does not have to do with the physical ears themselves.

Too many patients and too scattered among them while you're trying to get an evaluation, diagnosis or treatment plan in a normal manner. If you're in need of immediate ENT help, don't waste time/money with a P.A. You will have to go back and pay again to get the help and treatment you need. First appt. was 2+ hours and the 2nd was 3 because they worked me in to see Roth. Actual time with the him was rushed and scattered, and I sensed him feeling strained from my presence. Most of the staff were pleasant and facilities were nice. He's rated as a premium physician.. Just too busy from my own personal observation.

Of all the ENTs and specialists I have seen over my lifetime, Dr. Roth was the only one who took the time to LISTEN to me, didn't blow off my thoughts and explain his thoughts in a way that could be understood. Great bedside manner and was empathetic.

Dr. Roth was a fantastic professional! But the waiting room chairs were uncomfortable. I am 80 years old, and the I-pad "Check-in" was difficult for me to navigate. It took longer for me to get through the questions asked than it would if I had a pen and paper.
