For his medical training, Dr. Jae graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and received a prestigious award for chief resident. A Diplomate of American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Jae offers comprehensive health care for patients age 18 and older. He has a special interest in occupational medicine- helping injured workers return to productive employment as soon as medically possible. Dr. Jae believes that the patient education and customer care is our number one priority.

My visit was fine. Standard doctor visit. Was told that I would get something like a callback or something in the mail in regards to my health but after like 2 weeks, still nothing. So I called and it turns out that this guy is no longer doing the work that he did on me just 2 weeks ago. I was then told I'd get a callback in a couple days and still nothing. It's been over 3 months and I have no updates. I don't even want to waste my time calling back.

Very prompt and I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Ingram. He is knowledgeable and actually took the time to do a real Exam along with asking questions pertaining to my health. Since moving here I have tried to find the right Physician and I believe I have found him!!

He was awesome. Explained information thoroughly and even showed me my issues on diagram of body. Staff did my referral in office & scheduled appointment for me. My prescriptions were called in to pharmacy in a timely manner. He has a patient for life. ??

My experience with the staff at Dr Jelani office was horrible, so much so I'm changing physicians. I hope that he looks at the staff that don't value patient's time and after giving me incorrect information I had to try and get in to see him to have some documents I needed for Matrix, after finding out they never received or sent to Matrix, the person who answered the phone was unprofessional and I ended up nearing screaming at her because she was rude and acted as if I was bothering them by calling. Called back and got someone else who scheduled me an appointment same day to get these docs signed. I drove from one side of Dallas to the other only to be told once I got there they would need to charge me an extra to print documents I had emailed to them. I asked why didn't someone call and let me know I could have printed them at work of at FEDEX. So this staff inconvenienced me and thought it was a good idea to charge me more for then inconveniencing me again? At that point I was done with this office. I hope he sees this review and have a talk with his staff about the treatment of patients.

I was very ill, physically limited and physically exhausted by the time I arrived at the Doctors Office. A nurse came outside and gave assistance inside, she was so kind and patient. Took the time to walk slowly with me to my seat, showed compassion and even said a little prayer for me! That is something you don't find every where! I'm thankful for this experience. Dr. Ingram (Jae) was courteous and knowledgeable of my problem and very sensitive to my needs and helpful. I will continue to use this Dr.
