Very knowledgeable doctor especially around the reason I was there, which made me feel very good about choosing this location. My weight and height was not taken which for an annual visit after years of not having one was the only miss- but maybe it’s not necessary? Good experience overall

Took like 3 hours then when I went to the front desk to get the stamp, no one was there… And I had to run to another appointment… Never again! I just feel like the office was so disorganized oh and another thing the school advised the exam was incomplete so I had to redo it

They were unaware of my reason for the visit even though I scheduled for a specific reason. Staff interrupted my appointment twice by entering the room while I was speaking to the doctor. Staff was nice but I find doctor’s appointments to be stressful and personal, I did not feel this environment met my needs.

Provider was changed on me a day before my appointment. Jendayi Waugh arrived over half hour late to my appointment from what her staff members called “a late lunch.” As I was waiting, I heard them talk about “just how little see cares about her job anymore because she’s on her way out of Westside Family Medicine.” When she did eventually arrive, I found her aloof and uncaring. I made an appointment for a consultation about a medical concern and I found her more interested in how she could bill my visit than my actual concern. When she checked me, she immediately booked me for 3 referrals without explaining why. When I asked her more questions about the condition, she stated “I don’t have experience with this. My job is to refer you out for any condition that seems abnormal.” End of explanation or assurance. Horrible bedside manner, and left me anxious and unsure. I would advise anyone looking for an approachable, caring and thorough provider to look elsewhere.

Her patience and attentiveness were remarkable, as she thoroughly addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back. I only wish I had found her sooner.

Jendayi was super pleasant, very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I will definitely come see her again in the future. Only negative was that check in took a bit longer than I expected and the appointment started 30 min after our scheduled time even though I showed up early to make sure I finished all the paperwork in advance.
