It was there that she developed her interest in optometry while working as a technician for Vision First. She then graduated with her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University in 2016.
Dr. Nieman worked for 3 years at Dr. Carlson and Associates in Johnson City, TN gaining valuable experience in specialty contact lenses and disease. She is also a member of the American Optometric Association. In her spare time, Dr. Nieman enjoys spending time with her family, skiing and hiking.
