Dr. Belfor is really great. I would recommend friends to see her. However, most people like having the convenience of having an exam and purchasing eyeglasses/contacts in the same place. That side of the business is shady. First, I wanted to see prices of lenses (on paper) rather than have someone who is likely working on commission rattle off numbers (all of which were above market rates). I picked out glasses and had sticker shock at the price. I asked if they price matched and was told that they do but only from the brand/maker of the frames. In other words, no discount websites. I found a pair of glasses I liked and immediately went to website of the brand to find that they were half the price (not a sale price - regular cost). I showed the sales person and they disappeared in the back. She came back to reveal that she had approval for a number that was still higher than the MSRP on the website. In other words, they don't price match. They were double the cost in the store. Additionally, I've been wearing contacts for years. The price that was quoted to me for a year's supply was almost double the price you can get anywhere online. I'm not sure if the doctor is directly connected to the store or if they are separate entities. I'm also not sure if she's aware of what goes on beyond her office. I left there spending no money on glasses and contacts - deciding to go elsewhere.

Dr. Belfor has such a sweet personality and after a complete exam she took the time to explain to me the what's , when's and how's of what was going on with my eyesight. Highly recommend!

Dr. Belfor’s assessment was efficient yet thorough. I appreciate her kind demeanor and answering all my questions. She also quickly identified a problem with my eyes that other optometrists did not take seriously. The location/office was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Felt comfortable visiting. Will remain a patient at Dr. Belfor’s.

Everything was fine during the office visit. Doctor Belfor and office staff were kind and attentive. This office is a store where they sell glasses however, you are not obligated to buy anything. This is up to you.

She is AWESOME. Everyone in the office is amazing. I seem to always be in a horrible mood when I call because my eyes hurt, or I have a stye, or something else is wrong (I have terribly dry eyes). Dr Belfor is the only Dr who has ever given me relief (tear duct plugs and other practical advice which actually works, vs useless eye drops). So glad I found her! I have literally driven across 4 states to see her when on a business trip because no one else is as good.

Dr. Jennifer was amazing. The eye technician was super nice and professional! She saw me right away and was super easy to talk to. Dr. Jennifer was so thorough and kind, she was patient and made me feel comfortable at all times. Super sweet and listened to all my concerns. If I had anything to comment on, it would be the sales personal. I felt like they were passing me off because they didn’t think I would make a purchase. However, because of my lovely experience with the doctor, I purchased my contacts through them!

This was my first visit with Dr. Belfor and she was nice. She told me the results of my eye test and I did agree with her advice and suggestions. I really appreciated the time she gave me otherwise doctors are always rushing their patients.

She was helpful and patient with making sure my vision needs were met. Went for contact lenses, ensured that my current Rx fit my eye properly and we checked if I should try a slightly weaker Rx in one eye. Purchasing contacts at the counter afterwards went smoothly as well, prices were good on them in comparison with other vendors I've used during my last decade of contact usage.
