My visit was amazing. I had attempted to get an annual Pap with another gynecologist and had an awful experience where the doctor spoke condescendingly to me, would only repeatedly tell me to "RELAX" which didn't help me to relax and didn't give me any kind of tips or helpful guidance. Jennifer was kind, joyful and compassionate from the second she walked in the door. She listened to my experience and worked with me and gave me several tips to make me as comfortable as possible. Her bedside manner was perfect and made me trust her, not to mention I feel very informed about my situation from her guidance. Would recommend to anyone!

My visit with Jennifer was good. However the medical assistant needs some coaching for improvement in my opinion. She was very rude. When she opened the door to begin my appointment she did not call me by name. She did not ADIET. She did not introduce herself. If I was a new patient and did not have a good experience with the NP. I would not go back. IU Health has some major work to do with it comes to ensuring that their front office staff and their medical assistants are professional and friendly to the patients

This was my first female exam appointment, and first time speaking to a doctor about birth control. I was very nervous and went in with fearful feelings towards birth control in general. Jennifer was very sweet and patient. She did not pressure me into any birth control options. My first Pap smear was not painful at all. She was easy to talk to and ask questions. Highly recommend!
