Jennifer was professional, but very friendly and easy to talk with, I requested a prescription for the new Neffy nasal spray for allergic reactions, as I was going to be traveling, I have not had an allergic reaction in many years and have disposed my expired epi pens. Jennifer provided me with information about drug trials, possible cost and general info re epi pens. Jennifer prescribed the medication, she phoned me to be certain that I received the medication. BTW, her medical assistant was extremely competent and comforting, Jennifer is certainly an asset to your staff,,,
