Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I am a down-to-earth clinician with a deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a quirky sense of humor. I believe that laughing is good for the soul and essential to recovery. Clients come to me looking for a provider who is comfortable and proficient in treating a variety of mental health challenges. I pride myself on providing personalized treatment because mental health is not a “one-size-fits-all”.
I treat ages 5 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, sleep issues including insomnia, stress, dual diagnosis, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, impulse disorders, and mood disorders. I utilize medication management and psychotherapy. I cherish relationships across disciplines and believe medication is only a small part of the journey.
