Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and took time to get to the root of the issue, not just treating symptoms. She walks with you each step of the way and is always there to answer any questions you might have. I didn’t realize how bad I felt until she helped get me back on track. I’ve never had more energy and off almost all medications. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the care I received! I came in struggling with hot flashes, poor sleep, mood swings, palpitations and low energy due. Jennifer took the time to really listen and created a personalized plan that included lifestyle changes, supplements, and hormone support. Within a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference—my sleep improved, my energy improved, and I started feeling like myself again. Highly recommend to any woman navigating the menopausal world.

I highly recommend Atomus Health. Jennifer Kalen took note of all my symptoms, ran a thorough round of blood tests, prescribed what my body was lacking (with clear instructions) and provided a broad list of healthy life style recommendations. She's made herself available to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. I'm post menopausal and feeling so much better now than before I signed up with Atomus Health. I'm proof her system works!
