Dr. Powell is very nice and knowledgeable. I waited over a year to finally see her because the office was closed during COVID and I’m happy that everything is back to normal.

Dr. Powell gave a quite comprehensive explanation of the physical issues I had. Unfortunately, after I filled out the mental health questionnaire, no mention was made of it during the visit. Even though it was apparent that I needed help in that topic. I asked a nurse and was given a generic map of mental providers in MA, not really near the Malden area. I felt on my own on my search for one. Didn’t feel like I got all the help I needed today.

I've always dreaded visiting the doctor's office and I was a bit unsure of what a telehealth appointment would be like. However, Dr. Powell surpassed all my expectations. She was not only so kind, she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Thank you!

Would definitely recommend if her assistant Jessie was nicer. J was impatient and never smiled at me. I like Dr. Jennifer, but felt not being cared or comfortable talking with Jessie.

This is my first time there for appointment and I had a great experience there. Jennifer is very kind and pleasant, she answered all my questions and concerns and every one there are very friendly and make me feel so welcome to be there. Plus the location is convenient and parking available =).

I love that Dr. Powell is now accepting our insurance. She had done myofascial release on me previously, and I was delighted to be able to select her for my two daughters, ages 6 & 8, as their new PCP. She is kind, patient, incredibly smart. Hooray for a fantastic pediatrician in Malden! :) No more going to Saugus.
BTW the staff was excellent with my two daughters. The person who gave the flu shot was EXPERT...calmed my hysterical child down by meeting her at an adult level - no tricks like distracting. They both remarked it was great. So thank you to the NP or CNA who administered both shots.
