The wait time is acceptable , the office is clean and the staff is very friendly. I saw Dr Garcia for my first pregnancy and that went very well. She doesn’t rush me, listens and is very knowledgeable . I decided to go back for my second pregnancy with confidence because I trust her and feel safe. Highly recommend her! she’s the best

It was unclear as to why zocdoc recommended this office Epic fail!!! ..I completed forms on the zocdoc app the office assistant taking the paperwork didn’t see them or “the person who download the forms isn’t here”. …I completed 15 min of paper work …apparently there are 2 offices (obgyn and medspa) the office with the certified nutritionist is located at their medspa &…..who WILL NOT accept my insurance is located about 10 minutes (no problem except I drove about 35 min to get here …This app I an epic fail and I will never use again.. I would recommend this office either…staff wasn’t that pleasant !!!

Long wait every time. Whether you’re 10 minutes early for your appointment or not. The ladies that draw your blood and take your weight are not friendly at all. Especially the one with the braces (can’t remember her name) Jennifer is nice but only when you can see her. I had an appointment with her and wasn’t notified that she wasn’t in the office until I was sitting in a room waiting for her for 20 minutes (after waiting an hr in the waiting room) she was doing a delivery which is understandable but I’m sure they knew that while I was waiting in the waiting room. If you pick someone off this site, don’t expect to get them, they switch the doctors on you before you arrive with no explanation. It just looks like they have wayyyyy to many patients daily for the few drs in that office. I will not be coming back for sure. I’d like to know that my office actually cares about how I’m doing.

This is honestly the best ARNP I have every had the pleasure of meeting. I can honestly say she’s my go to gyno! She made the process easy and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all! Besides the 2 hour wait time. It was a very easy and comfortable experience. I think the wait time was worth it. My doc was awesome and she made my visit as less awkward as it could be. She answered all my questions and was very nice and easy to talk too.

Went in for a birth control consult and Jennifer took care of me. She made me feel really comfortable and she answered all of my questions and more. I will definitely keep coming to see her. The office staff was also very attentive and efficient.
