Dr. Rossi was fantastic, and I am looking forward to coming back for future visits. The staff was very helpful, polite and energized. While my appointment started a little late, it was still a great experience and my time felt 100% to be the focus when it was time to have my 1:1.
The artwork from Dr. Sidoti in the waiting area was really cool as well. It helped feel like there was a connection in the office. And the little notes about each photograph where very interesting.
The only improvement would be to help the office get leverage with the building manager to lower the heat in the waiting room. Sitting there for a period of time in approximately 76-80 degrees was pretty warm. A staff member mentioned the office has had a problem from the building. It would be great for the staff and patients if the building team can help out.
