When Dr. Schneidler came in, I was greeted with wide eyes & a nice warm smile. She was very proffssional & well mannered, listening to all of my concerns without interrupting me. She addressed these both objectively & subjectively. One was able to answer my questions regarding treatment options and offered me reassurance, which decreased my anxiety. One made sure I was educated regarding all treatment options and supported my decision(s). I do not feel anxious coming back to her b/c I know she is gentle & professional,and I trust her. Because she takes her time and tells me what I need to hear, I feel like it's worth the wait time. She genuinely cares about all her patients and I would highly recommend her to friends.
