I felt unheard and like there was nothing to be done for my hair loss besides using rogaine or taking nutrafol, which they sell in their office??. Nobody looked at my labs or ordered anymore labs to see why my hair is falling out in the first place. All they wanted to do was put a bandaid on the problem and push me out the door. I don’t think asking for a doctor who cares is too much to ask for. I just keep getting referred to doctor after doctor, and none of them have been able to help me. It’s so frustrating.
