Patients that are new to seeing Dr. Wurst at the Broadview Heights location must arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete the necessary paperwork in addition to any forms completed on ZocDoc. Failure to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time may result in rescheduling of your appointment. Please also have your photo I.D. and insurance card (s), along with a complete list of any medications that you are taking. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (proper paperwork proving guardianship must be provided at time of visit). Dr.Wurst is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to educate her patients on medical science. Offering a very clear explanation of symptoms, and what the body needs is very important towards motivating one on making better lifestyle choices. I also love her suggestions on natural solutions.

The wait time was a little longer than what I've experienced with other doctors, but once Dr. Wurst came into my exam room, she spent 15-20 minutes talking with me and examining me. I was there for a minor concern but she was incredibly thorough. I'd rather spend a little more time waiting if the care is that good, rather than being in and out in 5 minutes at other offices and not feeling like my concerns were heard and addressed.

Was not satisfactory. Waste of my time. Had a med student do the new patient intake. Went in there with shoulder pain with a history of herniated disc. wouldn't want to order x ray. wanted me to go to phys therapy. Was more interested in her dictation. Not going back.

I think Dr. Wurst is great, she is informative and very easy to talk to. I get to ask her questions and not feel rushed or dumb because I asked. My visit was on time, not a long wait and the staff is very friendly. I really like that their isn't a waiting room full of sick people when I have my visits.
