My visit was very informative. Dr. Zaitz is very good at explaining things in understandable terms. She is always very thorough, very kind & supportive. Dr. Zaitz's interest in her patients is very obvious and she always puts her patients at ease. She is an amazing doctor & I'm so happy she is working with me to keep healthy. The office staff is also very kind & personable, always greeting me with a smile.

The office had my records in advance, spoke to me on the phone several times, and then refused to prescribe me the thyroid medication I have been on for three years on the day of my appointment. Armour and Nature-throid patients beware, this practice refuses to help patients who cannot tolerate synthroid and they do not tell you this before your appointment.
