Dr Jenny SAVED my life!! I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. My prognosis was lifetime treatment with no chance of remission. I am now 4 mos post chemo and CANCER FREE!!! People may complain about waiting but isn't your life worth it. Dr. Jenny truly cares about her patients. You wait because she personally does EVERYTHING HERSELF!! I couldn't recommend Dr Jenny Liaw more to anyone in need.

Dr Liaw took her time with me, providing an extensive exam — something that is uncommon these days. The wait was long but worth it because she is so thorough. The staff is nice and the office is comfortable. There is limited parking right in front.

She only cares to acknowledge her regular patients first. I arrived at 12:55pm and was still waiting to be seen by the doctor at 2:55pm. Other patients came in after me and got seen before me. Horrible service.

Although the wait was very long (over an hour) I did feel like it was worth it! Dr. Liaw spent so much time with me when it was my turn and didn't seem to rush to make up for delayed appointment times, which I appreciated. She did a complete consult and exam that left me feeling like no stone was unturned. She did a great job helping me to better understand my condition and answered all questions and concerns thoroughly. She's extremely knowledgable and has great bedside manner. She even called me over the weekend to check in with me and clarify a few things about my medication, which really impressed me.
My follow up visit wait time was much faster (approx 15 minutes) and I'm glad that I didn't let the wait of the initial visit deter me from continuing with her. I highly recommend Dr. Liaw.

Dr. Liaw's professional attitude and beside manor were excellent. I did not at all appreciate the long wait. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm today. I was 10 minutes early. However I waited until approximately 4:30pm before I actually met with Dr. Liaw.
