The wait time is never less than an hour. It makes me wonder by the make appointments in the first place. BUT, besides that the doctor is GREAT!!! So it's worth the wait. She made me feel like she cared. Definitely come back again. The staff is nice and the place is clean and big. I like the environment.

Dr. Jenny De Oca Pineda was extremely professional and knowledgable. All of the staff was attentive, answered all my questions and seemed happy to be of help. Today was my first visit and I have to say I am very happy to have found Dr. Montes De Oca. I do have to point out that the waiting time was almost 1.5 hours; a lot longer then what I am acostumed to. However, I am a new patient and this may have affected/increased my waiting time (new documents to fill-out and getting me into their system.)

Visit was good except for the wait time. The Doctor listened to everything I had to say, diagnosed the problem and clearly explained in detail.

My visit with Dr. Montes was very professional and thorough. She helped me with all of my questions and she was very nice. The only thing i did not like was having to go elsewhere for routine lab work because they were short a nurse and she would not have time to do it. The main reason i picked this doctor was for her reviews, and because the center can perform routine labs/test on site. I wanted to do it all in one day. Besides this, I would recommend her to others!

She provides thorough responses to questions that are posed. Also, she makes sure that she explains everything so that as a patient you are really "in the know" and aware of everything. She is great.

The office visit was ok, no problems. But if you need to do any type of follow up or you need anything further from the office on subsequent days, sit and wait. Feels like once you've left, you are no longer a priority.

Dr. Montes was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and gave me an answer for every doubt I had. She made me feel very confident cause when i got there i was very worried. I am glad i went there and i will take care of my exams right away so she can give my results in a few days. Also the staff was friendly and very polite, everyone had a smile today. I highly recommend her practice.

Dr Montes is a super educated physician. I've just moved to Miami from New York and I've found my go-to MD in this city. She addressed all my concerns professionally and was thorough on my annual. At the same time she's humorous and charming and I felt extremely comfortable with her from the get go. Highly recommended.
