Jenny was awesome very informative. Eased my mind, very sweet. I didn't have a long wait time after paperwork I was taken back 10-15 mins later, Jenny came in about 5 mins after I got in the room. All the staff were very pleasant to work with. Over all loved that I found my new OB/GYN office.

I think she was very knowledgeable and professional. She is definitely a great part of the team and now I know why Dr. Balat has chosen her. I have been going to my doctor at least 15 years and I normally won't visit anyone else. She was efficient and easy to communicate with. I can tell she had taken the time to review my records and ensured their wasn't a need to follow up on any previous concerns.

Jenny and the nurses in the back are nothing short of AMAZING (5STARS) but the ladies from the front desk check in to the side desk check out are HORRIBLE...They have nasty attitudes very unhelpful and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS seem to have an attitude and a frown on their faces as if were bothering them!!!..if it wasn't for Jenny and the ladies in the back I WOULD NOT BE A PATIENT BECAUSE OF THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE.
