Dr. Bocci is a native of the area. He received his Bachelors Degree from Santa Clara University and his Medical Degree from the University of California Medical School in San Francisco. His internship was completed at St. Mary's hospital in San Francisco and he took his Ophthalmology Residency at the Jules Stein Institute at UCLA. Dr. Bocci is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Presently, he is Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology at Seton Medical Center in Daly City. Dr. Bocci's main outside interests are golf and traveling.

Took a while for the receptionist to find my pre-appointment info that I filled out prior to my app't. In fact she first said she was not hooked in with you guys and had me sit and fill out their forms. About half way through she said that she found my info and said she would finish filling in their forms from what she found because they like the info on their forms. I would imagine most offices have their own forms they like filled out although you would think everything is on the computer these days.

Barbara at the receptionists desk was terrific! First impressions are important and she set the tone for the entire visit. Dr. Bocci was warm, professional and thoroughly informative. An overall excellent experience.

Dr. Bocci was right to the point and very professional. He wasn't exceptionally warm and fuzzy, but I would still recommend his office (as the secretary WAS very kind and welcoming. She answered my million question regarding glasses and such).

I came in early to fill out insurance paperwork, and the office assistant did some pre-work, but when I met with the Dr. he was pretty thorough about checking out my eye. Overall, pretty good experience.

I was favorably impressed with Dr. Bocci. I appreciated his care in examining my eyes, his ability to share information with me in a clear concise manner and his advice as to where to go to have my prescriptions filled. I also very much appreciated that I wasn't kept waiting beyond my appointment time, and that Barbara, his assistant was friendly, helpful and capable.

Really loved Dr. Bocci and his office. His demeanor is friendly and comfortable, and he was quick and efficient with my standard annual eye exam. His office manager is really on top of things and diligent. We needed to change my prescription after I found out that my brand doesn't offer contacts in the new strength I was prescribed; Barbara the office manager emailed me the amended prescription (which was, essentially, going back to my old prescription) pronto. She was very responsive to my emails. They've really impressed me with their level of service. I'll definitely be going back, and I'd recommend Dr. Bocci to friends.
