MD was very personable and great bedside manner. All of the office staff were very friendly, too. Great visit!
Knowledgeable, attentive, engaged and understanding. I have seen him for 8+ years and obviously trust him with my well being. Has my strongest recommendation for anyone searching for a physician!
Everyone is very nice
It went very well. I will return.
I love going to his office, his staff is very friendly and they make you feel like you are the number one priority.
Takes time to listen to you, explains what you may not understand, makes a decision about what solutions might work for you without forgetting. Wonderful DR and great experiences every time.
I am a first time patient and was very happy with my visit. The office staff were very courteous and Dr. Floyd was extremely helpful. Glad I made the choice to change my PCP to him.
He is down to earth and he was easy to talk with. He actually listens and responds. His years of experience are very evident.
Like a friend.
I like the fact that Dr. Floyd talks to me and not at me. He asked me questions and listened intently as I answered. He also told me what he thought was best but listened to my questions and concerns without judgment (he did not expect me to know what it all meant. He answered my questions and explained why his suggestions what they were. I also like the scribe (not sure it that is what her position is called) in the room. I noticed that freed up time for the doctor to spend the entire time with me.
Very informative he made me feel very comfortable while he was checking me out and he gave me the sense of being cared for and he would be there when I needed him.
Great communication and a very good listener. I needed a PCP because the one I had retired. I have found one!
Dr. Floyd has been my health care partner in diagnosing and managing my rare condition with treatment in Tampa, Florida. Yep, Tampa as opposed to Memphis. Today was a follow up with him post surgery. So glad to have a doctor who was able to determine what was wrong (condition is hard to diagnose) and know the best treatment option for me. Regardless of your issue, the same consideration will be shown.
A good PARTNER in managing my health!
Thought I had paper work done on-line but it never went through????
All of the staff are courteous and caring. The doctor is down to earth and trustworthy.
Knowledgeable, courteous, genuine concern. Never feel hurried due to his schedule. Great down-to-earth family Doc!!
He listened to my complaints and he checked me out, then had the nurse give me a shot.
