They gave me two prescriptions, one of them was going to be sent to a company they recommended called MyChoice RX. They said the company would follow up for delivery of the prescription. The prescription did not get sent to them at first and sent to the same place as the other one. After a couple of days of not getting a call I called the company and they had no record of the prescription. I called the office and after several tries at getting in contact with someone, I finally was able to talk to them and they said they would send the prescription over. Few days went by and the MyChoice people did not get anything so had to call again to the office several times. Eventually they got it to them and sent it over. However, I was supposed to take that medicine right after the first one but with the several mess ups, I got it a week after finishing the first one. I called and stopped by and was told someone would reach out with instructions but I'm still waiting. Would not recommend.

My teenage daughter saw the PA - Aaron Sookhoo for a laundry list of issues (some complex) on short notice. Aaron was one of the most knowledgeable and competent providers I’ve ever worked with and I have a LOT of doctors. We drove an hour to see him in Brandon from Lakewood Ranch and it was worth every mile. What a talented addition to this staff.
My expectations were low due to the last minute situation but wow, we were pleasantly surprised!

The appointment wasn’t scheduled properly via ZocDoc and none of the pre-filled out documents using the ZocDoc app were used. Had to do everything again at the office, and apparently that’s not unusual. That said, Dr Hedrick was wonderful, staff was awesome, and overall the wait was about 30 minutes, so pretty reasonable. Highly recommend this MD!
