My appointment went very well. Doctor miles was professional and very Timely. The appointment went well from the beginning throughout its entirety. From being greeted at the door and having my temperature checked, to the next encounter with Meliza who was welcoming, friendly, professional and funny. She was well engaged throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable because she talked to me as if this was not our first meet. She is definitely the life of the office. Danielle who did my x-rays was also very welcoming and friendly. I really wish I remembered the young lady's name who greeted me at the door and checked my temperature. She was the first sign of positive energy. From that point on everything went upward. I'm speaking mainly upon the friendliness and comforting of the staff, but everyone was equally professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Dr. Jerry Miles attended Podiatric Medical School at Barry University where he graduated in May of 1995. He then completed a two-year surgical residency in Houston, Texas at the Houston Podiatric Foundation before joining the Foot and Ankle Centers in 1997.
Dr. Miles is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Diplomat of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has served on many committees including serving as Chairman of the Surgery Specialties Committee, as a member of the Infection Control Committee and Credentials Committee. He also served on the Medical Advisory Committee for Texas Workers Compensation.
When he’s not helping patients, he enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with his family. Currently he lives in the Kingwood area with his wife Cindy and their son.

I did not have to wait long at all to see Dr. Miles, he was very professional and really took his time to find out exactly what my symptoms were. He was very thorough in explaining my possible injury and how he was going to treat it. I was in and out in a timely manner with a great experience.

Amazing doctor and even more amazing nurses. Had an awful experience with an ingrown toenail and they all explained every little thing. I had a little situation where I almost passed out and the nurses were so quick to get me water, crackers, and cold rags to put on my head and neck. If the trio of nurses and doctor did more than feet I would go to them for everything.

Everything went relatively well. There was a problem having Zocdoc forwarding the medical forms to Dr. Miles. They never showed up and I had to fill out the forms again by hand. I received a notice while I was in the Doctor's office that they were sent, but that never happened.

This was my first visit to a podiatrist and I can say with confidence that Dr. Miles is someone I would highly recommend. He was very down to earth and spent an appreciable amount time discussing my needs and care plan. I am typically pretty skeptical about Dr. bedside manner and he was great.

I was highly pleased with Dr. Jerry Miles and staff! The only concern i had was that the wait was over an hour. But when he saw me, he spent plenty of time with me answering questions and giving me a lot of knowledge. His asst. i believe her name was Christine, was very kind and helpful, also.
I have a ways to go with my treatment, but the orthotics i was given immediately helped, and i feel very much better about a good outcome than i did before i came in. Thanks, Dr. Miles, i'm so glad i found you!

The wait was long! The doctor was running an hour behind schedule and the waiting area was packed. Several patients in the waiting room were complaining about the wait and squirming in their chairs. The reception staff up front weren't very helpful or friendly; they seemed exhausted or maybe just unhappy.
Once we finally were taken into the back, the nurse was very friendly and personable. Dr. Miles was also friendly and knowledgable.

I liked that he got straight to the point. A lot of doctors will take a look at your problem and make you schedule another appointment for treatment at a later date. Not Dr. Miles. He took care of business on the spot. I really appreciate that.

The first time I went there, they had me there for HOURS even though I told them I was on my lunch break and was short on time. I ended up getting fired from my job because I was so late. I gave them another shot tho.....and guess what! I was 15 minutes late to the appointment and called to let them know AND THEY WOULDN'T TAKE ME. When I complained, they said "I'm not really sure how it's our fault you got fired and we can't help it if the doctor has to leave for an emergency surgery." I'm done. I will be finding another podiatrist.
