Dr. Watkins make you feel comfortable with talking to her about anything because you're not just a number to her. She really care about her patients I would give her a 10+ love love love her office energy and environment.

It was quick and thorough. Just like I like. The front office staff were friendly. The lady that works in the lab was kind of dry, like she didn't really want to be at work. But she wasn't mean or anything. But we all have those days. I'm glad I found me a professional African American OBGYN in my area.

OMG!!! Where can I can start? Well walking in the staff greeted me at the door with beautiful smiles and lovely personality.One of them even told me my smile, made their day. Thanks to ZocDoc my information was already in the system so my paperwork was fast and easy. I was seen in minutes in the lab. The nurses that took my blood was so lovely and friendly as well. Now to Dr. Watkins, I was visiting her for pregnancy. I have never ever had this done where a doctor bring me to their office to give me one on one about herself and her service. Definitely an A+ with me. She made sure me and my 2nd baby will be healthy. Also, she took her time to educate me. I can't forget the ultra sound tech. I love her as well.

As usual she gave me a lot of encouragement on continuing a healthy life style. I'm proud to say that I lost four more pounds just by listening to her. That's a total of 22 pounds. I was at a stand still and was trying everything except one thing.. Training myself to Eating more than once a day everyday. She has a warm spirit and is just refuse to let you walk away with any questions. Love it ??
