I offer a safe, inclusive space where you can truly be seen and heard. My approach combines evidence-based therapies with genuine empathy, helping you reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and work toward your goals. We’ll work together to develop a customized plan that supports you in navigating your unique challenges.
I provide virtual psychiatric care to adults (18+) in New York, offering psychiatric evaluations, brief psychotherapy sessions, and medication management when appropriate. My goal is to help you feel better and work towards a life that feels more aligned with your true self.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, mood disturbances, ADHD, trauma, OCD, grief, perinatal psychiatry, relationship issues, stress, sleep disturbances, and navigating big-life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about working with military members and veterans, college students, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, but I welcome people from all backgrounds seeking support.
