Dr. Krant is just so amazing. All of my friends now go to her and they feel the same way. She is attentive, knowledgeable and a whiz with the needle. She was the first person in a 15-year span of chin breakouts who was actually able to help me long-term. Do yourself a favor and GO!

Very unprofessional. I had 6 main questions on my phone to ask Dr Krant. She proceeded to irritatingly ask how long my questions would take. Then proceeded to take my phone out of my hands without asking and read off my questions. I was shocked by the rudeness and felt very rushed.

I blame myself for only looking at her degrees and credentials and listening to my friends when they said that I should go see a dermatologist for any skin/rash conditions.
First off, apparently they didn't have me on their list of appointments and kept questioning how I even got an appointment there. I showed them my email from ZocDoc and they were still skeptical. So I asked them what the issue was and if that meant that I couldn't see the doctor and they said, "Oh...no...it's just that we don't have you in our schedule." Is it that important that we need to spend 10 minutes arguing about it? If that wasn't enough, after waiting a good hour or so, the first thing the doctor herself asked me, after introducing herself was, "Now, HOW did you get this appointment? Did you make this appointment TODAY?" I really couldn't understand why it was such a big deal. She almost sounded offended. Perhaps there was a glitch, but really, way to make a patient feel welcome. I know better than to expect some southern hospitality or anything but hey, it's hard enough at times to go to a new doctor; must you make me feel as if I'm the one at fault for trying to go to you?
Let's just say, my allergy rash was diagnosed as an anomaly. She couldn't tell me just why or what. No specific answer, all really vague. I get that allergy rashes/skin rashes are hard to diagnose. Okay, so I ask for a referral. Her response? "You should go to NYU!" Okay, great. Is there a doctor you can specifically refer me to? "Oh! I don't know any that I can refer you to! But you should go there!" I'll stop here as I could go on and on about this visit. The whole experience fell flat. Even the trip to the pharmacist after.
All in all, next time I need a doctor, I'll do a more thorough research on someone instead of just looking at their credentials.

Dr. Krant was alert, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and precise with her questions. She never rushed, and explained herself in full. She was never overbearing, but always confident in her professional opinion. I recommend her to anyone with dermatological needs, especially to those who may feel that their previous experiences with dermatologists have left them distrustful/wanting more.

Dr. Krant is always very pleasant & genuinely seems to care about the well being of her patients. While she does great cosmetic work, she does not try to push cosmetic procedures on her patients & is always conservative when I do get cosmetic procedures. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Krant is extremely skilled and professional. She works hard to make sure she understand exactly what her patients want and to be very candid and set realistic expectations. You never feel that she is trying to push extra services or promise results that she can't deliver. I would say that she is quite conservative in regards to any cosmetic procedures, something which I greatly appreciate. I have been a loyal patient for 3 years. Diane

I think the appointment itself was up to standards, however the office had no record of my appointment when I arrived and had to squeeze me in, which meant I couldn't get my moles checked per my original plan because there was not enough time. I am not sure if this was an error on behalf of the doctor's office or ZocDoc (where I booked the appointment), but I found the situation less than satisfying.

She was really pleasant. I went for my annual skin cancer check up and it was quick and efficient. Also, she answered questions that I had about a couple spots on my body and explained what they were and how to treat. GOOD VISIT!

Dr. Krant was friendly and professional. I had a great deal of confidence in her. She offered options and pointed out the pros and cons of each one.

Dr. Krant is exceedingly sweet, smart and will put you at ease. She was able to accurately treat a rash I had. I went back for mole removal to test for skin cancer and it left a noticeable scars which I wish I had known prior to the procedure. Go for the topical stuff, not for things that require a scalpel.

I have meet with 4 different doctors and specialists for my tattoo removal prior to meeting with Dr. Krant. I read wonderful reviews and had high expectations going into it. She has well exceeded those expectations. I have to say they have the most wonderful front desk receptionist and a sweet nurse. My tattoo removal procedure went way better than expected. Her prices are very fair and she is realistic of the outcome. They seem to use the most up to date lasers and equipment. I didnt feel pushed to do anything and overall the entire staff made my experience very wonderful. Thank you guys!

I think Dr. Krant is a lovely person but she seemed rushed and a little distracted. She mentioned more than once that she did not know how much longer she would be able to accept insurance. I have a history of skin cancer in my family and i did not feel entirely secure that she was focused enough on monitoring this. I would however say on the positive side that her office was attractive and i appreciated that she had intake forms filled out online in advance.

Dr. Krant is amazing. I've seen her for both medical and cosmedic issues and she's just great - caring, skilled, smart - everything you want in a dr. The wait is never long and office staff is helpful and friendly. I don't like going to doctors but I never mind going in to see Dr. Krant.

I found my visit professional and the staff made me feel very relaxed (fear of needles!). She diagnosed me quickly (and correctly) and gave me my options. She didn't pressure me to do anything, just gave her medical opinion and let me choose my plan of action. After I decided to have an injection, she could see how nervous I was and did everything she could to help me relax so the procedure could go as quickly and efficiently as possible. After it was over, she stayed with me as long as I needed till I felt confident that I wouldn't faint :) All in all, I'd recommend Jessica Krant over and over again!

Was a little disappointed with how she handled one of my issues. I recently came back from Croatia where I stepped on a sea urchin and had some remnants in my toe. Dr. Krant was very skeptical to do anything and first wanted to do research. While I understand her being unfamiliar, the removal is as simple as removing a splinter. I did think she was very professional and the front desk staff was great, informing me of my insurance's coverage and making sure I was aware of what I would/would not have to pay for.

Having been to some large dermatology practices, Dr. Krant's smaller private practice was a welcome change. Dr. Krant is not only personable and caring but also very knowledgeable. Her office is also organized and efficient with the electronic paper work for new patients. Highly recommend!

By far one of the most enjoyable doctor's appointments I have ever experienced. Staff was efficient and friendly and Dr. Krant was genuinely concerned and earnest to inform me of all possible information related to my condition. Dr. Krant also was honest about not needing any unnecessary follow-up visits. We need more doctors like her. To top it all off, my wait time was negative (I came in a bit early and was seen early). Thank you!!

Well-run office. Very efficient process. Dr. Krant is very friendly, informative and well-spoken.
Receptionist Michelle is extremely "on top of it," but might come off overbearing to some. Just stick with her - she's sweet, but she just wants to keep the well-oiled machine running smoothly!
