Very Kind doctor, she showed that she cared and was very communicative and was considerate and listened to any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend, the office was clean the visit was smooth not one complaint.

I would literally never choose this doctor again. I met with her, and I know that I am overweight however, the entire time I was there she was chanting ozempic and mentioned it over 30 times without really asking me any questions about my current lifestyle or giving me any information about the medicine. she just told me to go home and do my own research, not explaining anything herself and she’s the professional. we did do some blood testing to see if I’m compatible but it’s been almost a month later and she hasn’t even called me back to explain the results ?of the labs. It was not an experience that left me feeling cared for or like she respects me or my time. Would not return.

I have a long history with doctors and the medical field so I'm very attentive the deciding on a new doctor. I need to trust them and feel comfortable. After so long of having to go to doctors offices every week for a year it took me a lot to book another appointment. I was coming from over 100 blocks away and was 9 minutes late. They said they only have a 5 minute late time so I had to reschedule for 11:45 so I decided to wait. I get there and somehow the computer had flagged me as a returning patient so if I wanted to get a physical I would have to come back because I had a strict 15 minute appointment. Even though I had never seen this doctor before. Honestly, after everything I was frustrated and started to cry. The doctor comes in and attempts to be kind while also talking down to me about my mental health. Then I tell her I'm in alcohol treatment and she responds with "there are a lot better ways to have fun" By the end I was so insulted I was shocked by the lack of empathy/care.

Office is not flexible with appointment times whatsoever. If it's raining and traffic and you are late don't expect to be seen if you are even 5 mins past your appointment time. If you reside further uptown please keep that in mind. I will be searching for another new primary care provider unfortunately.

Dr. Hailu is a very thorough doctor. She takes time to talk to you, really examines you, and cares about your well-being. I followed her from her other practice because I like her straightforward manner and her attention to detail. She's very smart and she's meticulous. Nothing gets by her. Personally, I find her to be candid, thorough, and to have a good sense of humor. I hate going to the doctor but I don't mind seeing her.
