Noel's passion for nutrition began while working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local community hospital in Southern Maryland. Originally, Noel was set on the path of becoming a Registered Nurse. After witnessing firsthand the effects that poor diet and lifestyle habits have on disease progression, Noel was motivated to become part of the solution and enrolled in Appalachian State University's dietetic program. Go ?Neers! Noel earned a Master's in Nutrition from Appalachian State University and completed an Internship in Dietetics at Rowan Medical Center. Before joining Culina, Noel worked as an inpatient dietitian at a community hospital in NC. This experience helped expand Noel's skills and knowledge to tackle a wide variety of disease states.

I think so far Noel is very sweet, funny, real and personable. During our initial meeting, she asked me a ton of meaningful questions and gave feedback after I responded. I am excited to be working with Noel and I cannot see where this new journey takes me!

Noel was fantastic! She has a warm, understanding demeanor and good sense of humor. She’s very knowledgeable and presented best practices in ways that are more than reasonable to achieve. She listened to all our questions & concerns and made sure to keep us on track so we got all the information we needed and she gave the right directions.
