I think the biggest thing I noticed was that I felt like she listened to my answers to her questions instead of just glossy eyed to give an answer of her own. She have me ideas to help with my situation and told me straight up that my issue was a little difficult since I didn't really have other symptoms to put it into a specific category. I think I will return and use this office in the future.

Jessica is such a great care provider. Warm and knowledgeable and personable and funny. I had a couple bad experiences with other healthcare providers before coming to see her which makes me all the more glad to have ended up there. Staff was all really friendly too. Great place highly recommend.

The time frame between discovering the issue I came in for and actually being in the exam room was extremely quick (within a few hours, and it seemed only to be that long because I made the appointment a few hours before the office opened). The office was proactively communicative in the time leading up to the appointment, which made it extremely easy to fill out the necessary paperwork online, before I got there.
The NP asked if they could have another NP in training in the room during the check up, and I agreed (I'm not a shy or private person by nature). Both were great and knowledgeable (and weren't bothered by my ADHD bunny trail conversation style).
Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable and re-assured. I imagine I'll continue coming back to this NP as my PCP going forward.

I think I just found my new gyn and potentially my new primary care. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly, most importantly being Dr Jessica. Everything about the appointment was easy and comfortable from start to finish. My only thing is the location is not the most ideal, only because it is a bit out of the way for me and kind of tucked away and hard to find. But obviously I’ll know where I’m going for future appointments

Felt so comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. Small office, friendly, helpful staff and I was seen immediately. Dr. Rassass was so easy to talk to and I appreciated how attentive she was to my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone!
So others know, she cannot perform some things a gynecologist would be able to, so just call if you have something very gyno specific you’re wanting addressed. This was very much my error, but I went in wanting a very specific procedure and I wasn’t able to get it done.

Dr. Jessica was amazing. Honestly that was probably the best well woman visit I’ve had in my history of going to the gynecologist. The office staff was really nice and friendly too and I will likely be using this provider as my PCP as well now.

I loved Dr. Rassa! She is the sweetest women and listened to everything that I came in for plus just wanted to get to know me! I truly am so thankful I met her and everyone at the office, because I have decided to make that my main doctors office / primary care. I also LOVED the girl at the front desk, by the end of the appointment we were besties. I am so so so happy that I found Dr. Rassa because I can now say I have my own doctor that I love to talk to and understands me. She also was super quick to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy, and made sure I got the help I needed at the appointment. She is the sweetest women ever and i’m so happy to call her my new doctor!!! LOVE HER!!!!!!
