Established San Antonio podiatrist Dr. Jessica Rutstein has joined The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group, effective September 1st, 2014. She has a special interest in the conservative treatment of conditions of the foot, including bunions, hammertoes, warts, and heel and arch pain.
Dr. Rutstein completed her undergraduate work with a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and she went on to study podiatry at The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. Her surgical training was provided while she was in residency at Provena St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, IL.
Dr. Rutstein is a Board Certified Diplomat in Primary Care in Podiatric Medicine by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. She is also a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association as well as the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Rutstein is happy to be practicing in her hometown of San Antonio, alongside her husband, Dr. David Hughes.
