Dr. Gonzalez is no-nonsense without coming across cold like some doctors do. The appointment was quick but thorough and he answered my questions. The wait time was very fast for the initial appointment and about 20 minutes for the blood work.

A professional and prompt visit for a yearly physical. We focused on the key questions that we needed to address, and his answers were clear and detailed. I like Dr. Gonzalez approach to medicine: inform the patient, suggest options and allow the patient to make educated decisions: DO NOT push any treatment or medication. And the MedStar facilities are well organized, good attention, and well prepared for COVID protocols. And parking is easy, right in the basement.

Dr. Gonzalez was very nice and helpful during my first appointment with him, which was a physical. After talking to him about long-term hand pain I had been having he recommended I get an X-ray, and then he referred me to an orthopedist based on the results of the x-ray. The appointment was very quick and relaxed, and I look forward to seeing him again the next time I have a medical issue.

My visit with Dr. Gonzalez went great. I was worried about getting someone who would just come in and step out and only give me 5 minutes of their time, but that was not the case here. Everyone from the staff to the nurses was so nice and attentive. Definitely one of the best doctors experiences I've had in the DMV area! I also only had to wait 5 minutes after check-in before I was called from the lobby. Overall very pleasant experience, including with the office space.

It was very quick. I sort of got the impression that this was an “industrialized medical practice” where it’s all about the numbers. I was in and out in under an hour, with bloodwork done, but without a thorough check-up. All of this being said, I liked Dr. Gonzalez and will definitely see him again. Also, I’m a very healthy person, so without really any concerns, there wasn’t much need to chat me up or keep me in the office long.
