The team is awesome! They do a greattt work, my first visit went great I was a little concerned about finding an amazing doctor but after seeing Dr Amuis reviews I thought it had to be a good experience, and it was, she was so kind, explained everything carefully and made sure I had no concerns or unanswered questions! Waiting time is, as everyone says, a little more than expected, but honestly worth it. I definitely recommend her and her team!

Staff was very friendly. There was a wait to be seen by the doctor but I didn't mind because the receptionist stated that there would be a wait. I did not feel rushed when I seen the doctor. She answered all of my questions. She was even concerned about my blood pressure because I am traveling and I am over 800 miles away from home.

Best OB-GYNE I’ve ever been to. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me including all the tests and procedures she wanted me to have. She and her team are also excellent in doing follow-ups and making sure that I am well taken care of overall. I live more than 20 miles from her clinic, but I don’t mind traveling all the way for her. Highly recommended doctor!

Do not go to this doctor. This was by far the worst doctors appointment I have ever had. I waited for an hour and a half to be seen. After a little over an hour I asked the front desk how much longer it would be because I had another appointment during the afternoon. 20 min later they called me ahead of the other two women who had been there even a half hour longer than me, which was not my intention at all. I felt terrible about it!
The Dr. was rude and abrasive. When I got into her office she curtly told me she had been with another patient and wasn't going to rush her (mind you there were women in the waiting room who had been there two hours at this point) and if I didn't want to wait I could reschedule, but then she just proceeded with the appointment.
Her "bedside manner" was nothing short of aggressive. It's hard to even explain because it seems unreal for a doctor to act the way she did. I work in the medical field and am in grad school to become a nurse practitioner and have never seen such shocking behavior in a doctors office.
I was simply there to get an Rx written for diaphragm because I am starting grad school and couldn't get in with my regular GYN before I start school. I am a married woman and just want a "backup" form of birth control to get through grad school. She said she wanted to do a quick pelvic exam...fine. Then repeatedly told me I should have a cancer screening. I repeated declined all test she kept recommending and told her I got them every 6 mos with my regular GYN because my mother had died from ovarian cancer, and I had never had any issues. I told her it had been less than 6 mos since my last one and I preferred to see my regular OBGYN for the appointment. Also my ins will only cover every 6 mos. She got very pushy when I told her I would not be doing a pap today. She finally agreed and said she would just do a quick pelvic exam then (technically she is supposed to measure to size the diaphragm in order to write the Rx) ..... however, once she's down there, does the pap anyway without my consent and then very roughly does a rectal exam without my consent or even warning me! Yes, you read that right.
Mind you...I am there simply for a birth control Rx....not a cancer screening of any kind which I have made very clear at this point more than one time (especially not a colon cancer screening, WTF?!) I have never felt so violated in my life. I am furious and upset. My husband is furious. I will be reporting her to the licensing board without a doubt. Do not go to this doctor.

I had to wait almost two hours to be seen, which was frustrating b/c I made an 8 am appt. thinking I would be in and out. However, Dr. Amui-Bellon apologized profusely for the delay and explained that she likes to take time with each of her patients to really talk to them and get to know them (which is so rare these days). Dr. Amui-Bellon was true to her word and took her time asking me questions and answering mine. She was kind and put me at ease immediately. I will definitely continue seeing her as I feel the quality of care outweighed the negativity of the long wait time.

My visit was great. The staff (Arnelis, Barbara, Dottie were very helpful, attentive and overall very efficient.) They explained what I would be doing during my visit and ensured I comprehended everything. Dr. Amui is FABULOUS physician! She is very patient and very thorough.

My experiences with Dr. Amui are consistently pleasant. Her bedside manner is excellent since she always takes the time to treat a patient well and explain any questions/ concerns. I was recommended to Dr. Amui by another of my doctors and I am so happy that he did since she is truly a great person and doctor.

I thought everyone in the office was extremely nice. My first visit was a very long wait. (over an hour) but the doctor was aware and very apologetic about it. Overall I think its been very good.
