Very much like Dr. Wu, he truly cares for his patients and wants the best for them. Also, Mrs. Wu the office manager was very kind and helpful with information my insurance needed.

Dr Wu is great dr , he truly want you to get everything in order a specially your routine examination.
Waiting time is little longer but he sometimes talked more time with his patients..

In more then 20 years of seeing Dr's i have never found one that actually listened an took time to help me till now...i am so lucky to found this Dr an wonderful staff

Cons:
-The wait time is quite a bit. I got there 30 minutes before the appointment and waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by the assistant.
-Waited for another 20 minutes in the room to see the Dr. after seeing the assistant for a few minutes.
-The examination was very brief (saw Dr. for about 5 minutes). I have had several doctors in the past and this one was not nearly as thorough as the others.
-Information was incorrect on my file in the office (Correct information on ZocDoc sent to them so don't know how this was possible)
-Had to find information myself for imaging centers to schedule an appointment. Did not receive a list or numbers to call.
-Morale of the staff really low.

-Medical records can be accessed via the internet
-Lab technician that did blood work in-house was friendly.
-Will be changing doctors for next time.

Very friendly staff but usually wait between 15-30 min. Plain decor in the building and his office area is small considering he has approx. 5 other support people working there also.
Dr. Wu is very professional but on a time crunch so you try to get in as much information as possible.

Very pleased with my visit, Dr. Wu takes the time to listen and genuinely seems to care. The office staff is amazing and on the ball; referrals and prescription authorizations are processed quickly. Overall I am very pleased, just wish the wait time wasn't so long.

I was very pleased and impressed by Dr. Wu. He addressed one of my symptoms (coughing) by changing my blood pressure medication and I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in a long time without coughing. He told me that the medication I was prescribed by another doctor actually causes coughing, He was very patient and thorough in his examaination and he has a pleasant manner and sense of humor. I'm glad I went to to see him and will continue using him as my PCM.

He himself was humurous and knowledgable, he did spend a little too long googling Osgood Schlatter and reading the Wiki about it while I was with him despite me just mentioning it as a past experience and not being the reason I was there.

Everyone in the clinic we're friendly and professional. Dr. Wu was great by focusing on my immediate problem but also thinking about long-term health issues. I especially appreciated the printed visit summary which they gave me. In it, it listed all labs and procedures the doctor ordered for me; as well as any relevant prescriptions and future appointment times.
