Drawing from interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic conceptualization, and faith-based treatment, Jiayi hones in on developing insight, uncovering underlying emotions, and repeating patterns while identifying actions with clients between sessions to help enhance their circumstances outside the therapy room.. As a provider who offers Christian counseling, Jiayi integrates the Christian faith into therapy for those who seek a faith-based approach to healing. Jiayi stays current on modern Chinese developments and having lived in China during her formative years, she is equipped to serve the Chinese population. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Jiayi had years working in information technology and healthcare organizations and understands the unique challenges clients may encounter at work. In her free time, Jiayi enjoys fellowshiping at her church, playing tennis, socializing over pickleball, playing Texas Hold 'em poker and board games.
