I loved Dr. Scherbel! This was my first time visiting her but she will definitely be my new OBGYN. This is the third OBGYN I’ve visited and she has been the best one. She is very genuine and personable. From the moment she came into the room unti she left I felt as she truly cared about me and my health. She is so sweet and so is the staff.

Dr. Jill Rose Scherbel, OB/GYN, a St. Louis native, practices general obstetrics and gynecology. She completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN. She then earned her medical doctorate at the Chicago Medical School where she was chapter president of the American Medical Women’s Association. She completed residency at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, IL. While there, she was consistently recognized for her excellence in teaching and was awarded the Medical Student Teacher of the Year three times.
Following residency, she and her husband, who is also a St. Louis native, moved back home to St. Louis to be close to family. She and her husband have a busy household with four young children. Dr. Scherbel is active in both her community and her church. She is devoted to her patients and committed to serving the health needs for the women of St. Louis. She is known to be intelligent, compassionate, and to have a wonderful bedside manner.

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Scherbel. I’m new to the state and found her here on Zocdoc and made an appointment based on other reviews. Let me just say I have never had a better doctors appointment in my life. She is easy going, easy to talk to, and listens and gives options. She explained options to me and we figured out what was best for me and made me feel confident that I was getting the best care. Five stars hands down! So glad I found her!
