Dr. Li was great. Very personable and thorough. However the office experience was not so good--waited an hour. Waited 25 minutes until I received paperwork to fill out....most of which did not pertain to my appointment with Dr. Li, but the group.

Visited Dr. Li for what I thought was an ingrown toe nail. He diagnosed me with an infection on my toenail. He was very informative and explained in detail the cause of my infection. The staff was friendly and the office was very clean.

Everything was excellent except the extensive packet of paperwork to fill out as a new patient. It was way to much like a ridiculous amount. I was actually considering walking out because of this. It was frustrating. Besides that reception and Dr. Li were beyond excellent.
