Had a virtual appointment with Jipalben Patel, NEVER TURNED HER CAMERA ON SO CAN'T CONFIRM IF SHE MATCHED THE PHOTO ON ZOCDOC, crying child in the background. She claimed her office had been trying to contact me and then asked for my number and said it wasn't the one she had. After the appointment she called me back to confirm my birthday for the scripts she was placing for me and said it wasn't the one she had, asked my home address and said that was wrong too and I said well it must be a mix up in your system, I made the appointment on zocdoc. She said she would talk to her staff and get back to me. But she never did. So I called the number provided to me in the zocdoc email and there was no answer. I googled her name and it comes up as minute clinic in Northville, but she told me she works in Canton. I called several phone number and no one has heard of Jipalben Patel.
