“This was the best experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in the environment was welcoming, clean and calming. As a first timer we did a thorough check up and history review. I felt like my nurse practitioner really took her time to listen to my concerns and address them as well as educate me on what I could do. Everyone from the check in receptionists, the nurse who took my vitals, the tech who did my sonogram for my nurse practitioner were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I was also nicely surprised with their billing department. I was sat down in their office with a representative where I viewed a kind message from the founder and we also went over how billing works. It left me with peace of mind that I would always know what to expect when coming back for appointments and that there would be no surprise charges. Thank you for treating me with kindness and care. I look forward to next time!”

Joana Babon, WHNP-BC, is a dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who brings both expertise and heart to every patient she sees. She earned her Bachelor's degree from La Concordia College and completed her Master's in Women's Health Nursing at Duke University. With over a decade of experience, Joana has cared for women through all stages of life-from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

I came in for spotting after intercourse to make sure my iud was in the right place. It was. Joana Babon told me I needed to swab for STDs when I told her I just did in September when I got my first Pap smear and iud and I know the spotting is caused by the IUD. She looked at me with a rude smirk like I was stupid and naive. Then she said “you really trust your partner?”. I said yeah I do I don’t need a test and she was like ok fine we don’t have to test. I left the appointment feeling embarrassed that maybe I was stupid and naive. This place is hit or miss with providers, make sure you don’t let them just switch you to another provider when you were scheduled with someone else.

It’s a bizarre and dystopian experience from start to finish. I was mislead by positive reviews. Steer VERY clear.
Had a bizarre call with them before the appt., but they confirmed I was covered.
You get there and they your data (photo, SSN, insurance, employer info) they sit you in a glass room to “discuss billing” and make you watch a video from their founder that makes it clear that they “can mess up.” They OVERemphasize that you should ask questions if something is unclear. When the billing person came in, she said “don’t worry, you’re not in trouble.” ?.
Before, they said I was in network. In person, they said “we’re excited to share that you are covered by both in and out of network benefits,” and that “today it’ll just be a copay,” which I asked them to clarify. After a couple back-and-fourths she finally says that I am *OUT* of network. They use intentionally misleading language to make it sound like you’re covered. Completely unethical. A thousand red flags. I left.

zoc doc is not accurate. The practice does not accept emblem health/ghi and anything other than annual check ups would be out of pocket - even though practice would supposedly be "reasonable in pricing".

I love that it's alway clean, smells nice and the front office is always nice. The nurse practitioner was kind and warm and walked me thru the visit. Everything was with clear communication and made me feel very comfortable.
