Received way too many notifications reminding me of my appointment (text messages, robo calls, and emails) it was overkill. Especially when they overbook appointments and you wait for over an hour to be seen. I respect the Doctor’s time by showing up on time , the doctor should show the same respect for my time and not be over an hour past my scheduled appointment.

The doctor was great! When I asked about checking to see if something was covered on my insurance, they seemed unwilling to contact the insurance on my behalf. I have been to many other doctor's whose office will provide a summary of charges after contacting the insurance company. Instead, I had to contact my insurance company and am 50/50 on whether the information I got was correct. I really won't know until they code the bill to my insurance.
