Dr. Forwell does amazing work and really knows her staff! I had both prolotherapy and PRP done on my shoulder and my hip and went from feeling crippled to getting my life back! It did take several months to completely feel better, but I felt better after each visit so I kept at it and I m so glad I did! Thank you Dr Forwell!

A 1992 Bastyr grad, Dr Forwell was trained in the ‘90’s by Dr’s Rick Marinelli, Dietrich Klinghardt and other pre-eminent instructors in the US and abroad. As such, she has been administering Regenerative Injections to thousands of patients for 30 years, longer than anyone in Washington State. She has also been teaching other physicians for many years. She utilizes Prolotherapy, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and Stem Cell therapy along with Ozone (Prolozone) for tissue regeneration: joint, ligament and tendon repair in instances of trauma, overuse strain and osteoarthritis, for example.
Originally from Canada, she has made Seattle her home and primary practice locale. She also sees patients monthly or so in Central Washington (Leavenworth). She served for many years as a board member of her state and national associations (the WANP & AANP), is a member of the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine (AAOM) and is a Diplomate with the Academy of Integrative Pain Management (AIPM).
“In my general practice, I have always had a focus and a good measure of success in physical medicine and pain management. When I was exposed to the injection techniques of Prolotherapy, PRP, Trigger Pt injxns & Neural Therapy however, I saw the potential for helping injured people with these amazing modalities could be much enhanced. The principles of these therapeutics align beautifully with the philosophical roots of naturopathic medicine. By stimulating the body's regenerative potential via the use of homeopathics, botanical extracts, vitamins & such simple ingredients as dextrose sugar or the patient's own blood concentrate, proliferant therapies address the root cause of the problem. Relief is achieved and normal function is restored because the injury is healed.

She thoroughly questioned my decision to change my form of birth control and she had all sorts of things scattered about her office—especially on the exam table. The location was very difficult to find and the office was generally messy and unorganized. I was supposed to be billed, but even after calling the billing office SEVERAL times I have not heard anything

Great diagnosis of joint and general health problems. Fabulous prolo injection technique. Accurate and also re-assuring. Effective use of PRP and dextrose to treat several joints in one visit.

Wait time was less than 10 minutes, excellent treatment and diagnosis willing to discuss why problem occurred to avoid repeat instead of just offering quick fix.
