Dr. Sta. Cruz (Sta. is short for “Santa”) is a proud graduate of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. She was Magna Cum Laude and finished 3rd in her class. She then moved to Philadelphia for her Internal Medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center and continued onto her Pulmonary Critical Care training at Einstein as chief fellow. She became part of the teaching faculty of the Internal Medicine Program at Crozer Chester Medical Center and served as residency committee representative for the Pulmonary/Critical Care Division while working in private practice for Pulmonary Consultants, Inc. after graduation. Her special interests include Pulmonary Hypertension, Interstitial Lung Diseases, Lung Cancer and Critical Care ultrasonography.
